Small fix for the Cargo box and H-Series config

- Added 2 new skins for the T-Series Cargo Box & Tanker Trailer
- Updated H-Series van config

- Fixed the H-Series textures that were broken by the 0.24 update
- Fixed error on a dryvan config thumbnail
