      Get a car that is available with the thruster. (Right now only the ETK 800 have it but this mod will be coming to other cars later or by yourself)
      You go to Vehicle Modifications, then on the Additional Modifications you click it and you select the "Thruster Engine". That's it.

    There is just one problem in the desc. Fuel takes a hella long time to go away in a full tank.
