Beta Throttle-Based Torque Converter Lockup Logic 1.2

    Discussion thread.
    Delay the TC lockup RPM by throttle settings with adjustable parameters, NO more 3rd(or whatever) gear bogging down.
    When cruising or accelerating, increase throttle to make the torque converter lockup later, and reduce throttle to make the torque converter lockup earlier.
    To use this mod, simply select the "Throttle-based Locking Torque Converter" after automatic transmission selection.

    Adjustable Parameters:
             "shiftLogicName":"automaticGearboxmod" // use the modded shiftlogic
          "torqueConverterThrottleLockupRange": 1000, //increase this RPM with throttle application
            "torqueConverterDelayLockupMinThrottle":0.2, //throttle below this does not increase the lockup RPM
            "torqueConverterDelayLockupMaxThrottle":0.7, //throttle at or above this fully increase the lockup RPM
    For modded vehicle or vehicle parts, add the above to the "vehicle controller" of the torque converter Jbeam file, and adjust these numbers.

    Works great! TC unlocks immediately at high load to give more responsiveness, while still locking normally at low throttle. Feels exactly like a modern automatic.
