Hi! ^^
I have just tried your cars, and here comes my feedback :)
First impression: Disappointed, your cars was not showing in my game. First, I thought I have forgot to put the zip in my mods folder but, but no, it just because we need to unzip your file and then put the 2 cars in our mods folder. My bad :P
It’s not really important, but if you want, I think it will be more pleasant to create are car pack for these 2 cars. Like this people will not have to unzip your mod! It’s extremely easy to do, you can see a tutorial here: https://www.beamng.com/threads/tutorial-how-to-improve-your-automation-cars-with-file-edititng.71694/
So now, I will give you my feedbacks on your cars! I will classify them in the order I noted them during the test:
a. They look amazing! The only missing things is a badge, but I really like their design!
b. That’s not a classic car, it’s a modern neo-retro car! Maybe I should have read the description :P
c. The springs stiffness is good for a limousine, and I think this what this car is.
d. Your cars need harder sway bars and dampers. At the moment, they are to bouncy.
e. The overall handling of your cars is really good. They are easy to drive, and the balance between the front grip and the rear grip is perfect for me.
f. Your engine can rev at higher rpm. Usually, on real cars, the redline is placed 500rpm after the max power is reached. But the torque curve of your engine is decent.
g. Despite their 413hp engine, the cars feel really slow and underpowered… I was wondering why. The gearbox tuning is good, and 410hp should be more than enough for a car… So, I weighted the cars… 4961kg/10937lbs? Wow, what a heavy boy XD
It’s at least twice the weigh those cars should be. I think you should try to lower the weight by increasing the quality of the chassis, of the body panels and of the interior, and by lowering the quality of the safety. It will solve the feeling of driving an underpowered car, and it will help you for the suspension tuning ;)
But, despite all my remarks, I have enjoyed peacefully driving those 2 nice looking cars on East Coast USA with my steering wheel, and just because of that, they deserve 5 stars! Nice work mate! :)
