The Offroad Moonhawk/Pickup 1.2.0

To the mountain top and beyond!

  1. CrashHard

This is my first car mod in this game, I have wanted to be able to do this for so long, and finally I can :D
The Offroad Moonhawk basically is the pickup frame, runningear and engine with the Moonhawk body ontop,
What I have made myself is some Roll cages for the body and engine, a roof rail for the offroad lights,
a new radiator support, a front bumper and an cooling fan for the pickup engine.
And I have cut the moonhawk body right behind the B-pillar to make a pickup variant.

This Is a heavy Mod to run.

If you only have one config that is broken LOOK AT THIS TUTORIAL

Installation: put the zip in your mod folder
And please don`t leave a 1-2 star review if you can`t get it to work, take it to the discussion tab on this mod page, please.

    Features:
    - Have the same offroad capability as the D-Series
    - Select from 7 superchargers (10 engine addons in all)
    - The engine and cab will come loose in collisions from 60mph and up
    - Detailed roll cages in looks and J-beam (It saves lives)
    - And more

    Known issues:
-The rear Pickup lights do not work.
-The front suspensions are a bit weak (the car is heavy with all the rollcages)
-The roll cages will lag your computer in big impacts (With all the beams it has)

Its really fun to play with, I just wish instead it was added customization to the moonhawk, and not a whole new car

I really like it! I downloaded it because I knew it has a very strong frame(from driving the H-series and Barstow offroad mod vehicles).

Only issue I have is I know it's designed for more of an offroad machine. Even so I'd like to get it as low as at least a standard variant of the official Moonhawk I can't get it low enough.

I want to make like a durable police style Moonhawk, that would cruise roads or highways and be a match(durability wise) for even the heaviest duty pickups.

Other then all that though I can't really complain.. I mean it's even compatible with some of my unrelated mods I have installed, that's great(and a rare thing to encounter) for a non official vehicle.

    Good work!

Thank you, this was my first car mod, so it was a lot i did not know. And it used the pickup frame and suspension. So it could not get lower than the suspension allowed. But when the game is done in the future some time, i may remake this mod with a custom frame :)
