The new Wiener resampler was mathematically optimal, but under wrong assumptions. Kaiser resampling is brought back, with tuning optimized with simulations. Should be sharper than both Wiener and the previous Kaiser resampling
The variance clipping has been streamlined at no quality cost. Should result in mild performance boost.
