Whats new?
- Added Baikal and Mir/Zignet CADM parts + configs
- Added Baikal and Mir/Zignet lowrider parts, hydraulics + configs
- Fixed cargoboxes
- Stronger steering on the Baikal and Mir
- Better front shocks that wont be so easily blown out on the Baikal (hopefully)
- Added 900cc I3 Aurata Turbo engine swap
- Added 5-speed sequential gearbox
- Added option for liceseplates on the windshield
- Added LHD MPH gauges
- Added gooseneck hitch for Baikal Pickup
- Added battery and powersteering options for the V8 engine swap
- Baikal rear panhard bar is now removeable
- New ultra high performance radiator with electric fan
- Remade enginebay accessories
- Remade Baikal Tour alloy wheel
- Remade Mir late dashboard
- 4-Speed manual transmissions now have longer gearing so the car doesnt top out at like 105kmh
- Added new TAZ Zelco hubcaps
- Added 15x6 BXT TrailStar wheels for Baikal
- Added bunch of 15x6 tires
- Added new plastic/painted fenderflares for Baikal
- Added roofbars to Baikal

- Added back the iconic chrome trim around the taillights area on early version bodies
- Diesel engine is heavier
- Early deluxe front grille is now chrome
- Konela Sideskirts now have a skin UV
- New rally light jbeams
- Changed production years on many configs to make the lore more realistic
- Police configs are now marked as "Police" and not "Factory" so they should spawn in traffic as police cars
- Fixed Baikal VB config being a 1992 model Baikal instead of the 1981 model Baikal
- Added reflectors in taillights on early model
- Added rear foglights
- Added rear foglights on all late export models except for CADM
- Added foglight grille to Baikal
- Added dual beacon police lights
- Added dual beacon red and blue police lights to Estonian police config
- Added Mir config with Aurata engine
- Added single cab Baikal upfit configs
- Removed TFA Baikal upfit config
- Mir Wagon and Baikal trunks are now a bit better to open and bounce less
