Outdated SuperDragon1026's engine and transpack 1.2

So I've just kinda been working on this mod off and on and have added a bunch of stuff so here it is. Also, it's all for the D-series.

• 6.0L V8 turbo diesel, turbo PSI seems a bit low but power is right so it's fine for now
• 6.4L V8 turbo diesel, so couldn't really find a good dyno chart so may or may not be down on power.
• 6.2L V8 SOHC
• 7.3L V8 gas
• super duty 10-speed transmission. Shifting seems a bit weird on this some times it shifts early some times it doesn't but works alright (might be the torque calculation)
• a 572 720R big block
• a new radiator for the D-series has a built-in oil cooler for when you towing some heavy loads and your gasser is screaming
• also there is a performance block option for the 454 that is based off the blue-collar build. I don't know if I added this to anything other than the D-series. Also has a performance ecu for your 2-step needs
