    It is fully adjustable:

    NOTE:
    The game might not show your spring adjustments in the menu when you click apply, they should however still be applied correctly to the mod, it's just a BeamNG UI glitch.

    Love this thing. Really pushes you into a new side of the game...

    Curious, would it be possible to make this into a ramp? Where when the car hits it, it springs up? I do not know anything about how to make this stuff but wish I did.

      However, its not ready for release yet. I might make a better spring ramp for that purpose though, since this one is more like jelly when used like that. A proper lever action spring arm could be a lot more effective.
