Snowval - snow covered dirt oval with a icy apron
Figure H8 - snow covered figure 8 but the crossover is ice
Head to Head - asynchronous head to head track with asphalt and snow and crossover jumps
Race Till Destruction - bumps, jumps, rocks, overbanked turns. you get the idea
Offroad Trail - some medium duty rock crawling
Offroad Track - wide track with sweeping turns
Soap Box Hill - soap box track, but also fun with engines...
