Fixed the negative weight bug, fixed the gearbox such that 1st gear wasn't so damn tall, and changed the visuals a tad bit

It should feel a lot sportier now. I found various articles quoting the amount of power a stock R34 V-Spec II actually made, and adjusted the engine accordingly to be historically accurate.
In truth to the R34 style, I'm only going to say it makes "276 horsepower"; but be be aware that the power I gave it is correct according to multiple sources.
