Unsupported Simple Fuel Consumption Statistics UI App 1.0

[BETA 2] This update fixes the issue where the mod could not be added to UIs that had the 'simple engine debug 'app enabled. This update also changes the category of the UI app from "debug" to "vehicle info". It also corrects an incorrect directive in the code as well as fixes the domElement type. The mod's file size increases by 19 kilobytes with this update.
