Beta Sierra Summit Raceway 0.27

Updated foliage to be location-accurate (Colorado has a lot of Douglas Fir trees, makes a big change to the feeling of the track. Feels much more foresty.

Pit exit has been re-worked to get you back to racing speed a bit sooner, and join the track a bit earlier so it isn't as crowded at corner entry.

Added some more track markings (blue lines) for both decoration, and to give more indication of the proper layout. (*Some people complained about getting lost on the track)
