Running Late Again (Gull) 1.2

This is an older scenario! I'm just updating it to remove the modified AI paths, as it causes a nasty conflict with the default AI paths.

Are you ready to run late again?

Changes:

• Vehicle weight is factored in to the damage detection. Heavier vehicles are less likely to falsely trigger the fail action. I hope this works for all vehicles...
• Slightly smarter traffic; they can stop after a crash!
• Roadblock units shouldn't spawn inside walls anymore
• Other minor changes
• More comments in the Lua script
