Added Tuning options as well as new license plates, configurations and transmission tuning

Improved Jbeam, changed colour of brake calipers
Ive improved the Jbeam a bit. It was really going on my nerves that the car scraped on the ground as soon as there was any bump.
Now ive moved the bottom nodes a bit upwards so they actually are where the mesh is.
Also ive changed the brake caliper colour to blue because reasons -
Completeley revised Engine JBeam file
The Rimac now is a real EV!
Ive COMPLETELEY revised the Power curve!
The car now has 4 Gears:
Reverse, Neutral, Drive, Overdrive
Its now closer than ever to its real counterpart!
It now drives and behaves just like an Electric car!
