Outdated Rear Engined V8 Pigeon 1.2

There's a few "invisible" changes, mostly for the 4 wheel Pigeon mod compatibility. Also changed the differential on the hotrod config and removed the boxdoor on the van config.

The 4 wheel Pigeon mod addon will be released in this mod's discussion thread shortly after this update gets approved.
