Experimental Radial Cheat Menu 1.4.1

Fix errors:
- Fixed loooooong loading time...
- Size multiplier: Fuel Tank now also resizes.
In the previous version (1.2.0), secure boot was added, which caused the mod to load 30 times longer than usual when packed. When unpacked, this slow loading time no longer occurs. I tried to fix this, but nothing worked, so secure boot was removed and now the mod loads as usual in 1 second. Logs have been added to the console.

Added:
- Length Multiplier: Resize vehicle length.
- AI Route Follow(Carrer cheat menu): Enables built-in AI to drive the vehicle along your current active GPS route. (Chooses the shortest route, ignores traffic lights.)

Fix errors:
Some bugs have been fixed and startup logging has been added to the console.
