Beta R52A - Group C concept car 1.2

1. change engine sound for less water-tone sound.
2. add turbo whining and hiss sound.
3. add gearbox whining shoud.
4. change turbo interact logic. You need to build up boost like real life Group C car's turbo now.
5. add RWD transmission in Vehicle config>engine>trasmission option.
6. tweak suspension and aero a little bit. make RWD transmission also keyboard friendly.
7. replace some fixture and add a number. (for no reason) XD

1. increase 20% peak horsepower. Top speed 402km/h (250mph) now
2. reduce 10% weight
3. remove ESC just like old Group C car
4. improve suspension for better drivability
5. tweak clutch auto engage timing for better launch control.
6. edit sound a little for more low frequecy vibration feel.
