0.36 Map update and texture fixes
Extra Johnson Valley gas station on Gridmap has been hidden / removed for now, may re-enable later if I sort out the texture issues with it, but this gas station always felt unnecessary to me anyway.

Ramp & Monster Jam Revisions! Updates to 0.35
Updated the map to 0.35 of BeamNG & edited conflicting objects
Added Crush cars to the Monster Jam Beach... So many crush cars
Repositioned and edited many ramps, should be smoother / more realistic feeling now.
The beach no longer uses an edited terrain, I converted a grid ground object into sand but with gravel physics (beachsand sunk too much and made any normal cars get stuck). This should make updating this map in the future MUCH easier.
Added a new halfpipe + aircraft carrier near...
