Slight texture change around the windshield
Like the update title says, slightly changed the texture around the windshield area to be more accurate to the real livery, and updated the vehicle selector thumbnail to reflect that change.

Fixed bugs
Fixed an internal bug with the skin name, and updated the config name/value to match the format of vanilla vehicles.

Gave it EU-size license plates rather than US ones.
