This is a small hotfix to resolve texture issues since the 0.35 update.

There is still a LOT of adjustments I have to do on WCUSA, but this will take more time. Thanks for your patience.

• New connection between Jungle Rock, East Coast and West Coast

• Fixed bridge height between East Coast and Utah, trucks fit now

- Adding custom highspeed highway that loops around west coast
- Replace WCUSA - JR connection bridge by the new highway
- Currently only 1 connection bridge to JR, reachable from ECUSA
- Fixed many AI path issues on bridges
- Overall minor bug fixes and adjustments

- Fixed AI roads; switched traffic direction and added AI roads to missing bridges
