Even though this wasn't intended due to my lack of interest and time, all thanks goes to @Simitar who took his time to update it and suprised me with a PM one evening.
Main point of the update is of course the update to 0.26, but I fixed some decal road clipping, AI adjustment and a new plate design (it's worse ik, but whatever)
