More Scintilla V8 Intakes 1.0

I've seen this done for Gavril vehicles, but not for the Scintilla, so I decided to add a turbo for the gasoline V8 and a supercharger for the diesel V8:

For the gas turbo, make sure to install the "Turbo Exhaust Exit" under the exhaust manifold slot to get rid of the unnecessary manifolds:
