Outdated Miramar Coupe Body 1.006

• Fixed missing steering wheel
• Reverted partial jbeam to mod version [1.004]

I realize the current version body has these new floor nodes, but can't seem to include them into the mod without them distorting the mesh or exploding. The missing steering wheel is relatively more straight forward so I decided to just do a simple fix instead.

This means most nodes/beams/collision remains the same as mod version 1.004, which still has the door openings sealed by collision triangles.

• Updated the included doors and trunk to be openable
• Minor jbeam tweak to match with current version See [1.006]

• Fixed odometers

• Added Gauges slot and parts to the coupe bodies
  • Gauges, vanilla gauges
  • Sport Gauges, the same gauges made for the Ibishu Miramar 690/710 Coupe mod

• Matched some node parameters found in the current sedan body
  • This also fixed a randomly found instability that makes the G-force meter to go crazy

• Added Coupe Unibody Type 2, this body has no rear quarter windows
