Mio Shinrai 1.4.1

Hello everyone!
The Gambler 500 Modding Contest is over, but the support isn't. Sadly the Mio Shinrai didn't win, but it reached the 12th place out of 50 participants in the Automation category. Congrats to the winners.
This update mainly focuses on all of the things I didn't have time to add, remove or fix before submitting my mod to the modding contest.

Patch Notes:
- Fixed the clipping rpm & turbo gauge frame
- Fixed the lock clipping through the taillight
- Fixed the lock clipping through the gas cap
- Fixed the license plate cutout clipping through the taillight
- Fixed the wrong material on the rear fog light housing
- Fixed the front suspension bottoming out issue
- Fixed the exhaust not being automatically equipped while using the M64/M76 Engine Mesh
- Fixed the M52 I6 Turbo, M64 V6 & M76 V6 Engines being heat resistant
- Fixed the BeamNavigator breaking while driving off-road
- Fixed the stock antenna nodes not disappearing when choosing another "Roof Accessories"
- Fixed the double model name issue
- Removed "mesh group" from the parts selector
- Removed the ability to remove the engine & exhaust mesh, because it caused the engine thermals to deactivate
- Removed the unused mesh & materials from "movable parts"
- Removed the unused nodes
- Removed the unused drive mode files
- Removed the metal/glossy look from the gauges
- Added a lua controller for the rear fog light
- Added a customizable key binding for the rear fog light
- Added lens flare
- Added rear license plate lights
- Added a moving gear shifter
- Added parking lights
- Added a gauge light for the front & rear fog lights
- Added a missing bulb on the rear fog light housing
- Added the missing glowmap for the roof & grille lights
- Added the glowmap for the radio screen
- Added the glowmap for the climate control
- Added a new suspension option, to make the Shinrai Sport & Electric easier to drive
- Added a electric engine "mesh" option
- Added a proper ABS option
- Added another exhaust end node
- Added more colour presets
- Changed the Shinrai Default file name
- Changed the headlight & reverse light color
- Changed the starter volume for the M52 I6 Turbo Engine
- Changed last updates version string from V1.2.2 to V1.2.1
