Beta Michigan Police Skin Pack v2.0

All skins in this update have been gone through by me and all files should be all set. v1.1 skins have been fixed (some skins had allignment issues). The following skins/configs have been added: Benzie county, Berrien county, Branch county, Calhoun county, Charlevoix county, Cheboygan county, MSP old config, MSP black config, MSP white config & MSP training course config.

There is also a README.txt file, that will be in all of my mods that states the following (as summarized): Do not use my skin files (DDS) for your mods/any other reason. Do not reupload anywhere, as it's on the official BeamNG website and it's free. Read the file for more info if it concerns you
