Malpensa 300 series/200 series 1.0

70s Midsize sedan and coupe

The Story of the 300 began as a touring race car in the late 60s. The 300 touringcar had a 3 liter Boxer6, mounted in the rear. Malpensa made a few hundred homologation models for the street. Because they wanted to use the fame the 300 created by winning races, they made the 300 series. As they wanted to use the frame for a sedan too, it couldn't be rear engined. But on the other hand, this allowed for more power. In 1973, the 300 sacrilegio debut, with nearly 300hp from its 3l B6 engine and really good handling. A year later, other variants of the 300 and the 200 series sedan were launched.
-The 200-16 was the economy solution. It had a 1.6l B4 engine
    - the 200- 20 was the same but with 2.0l and enough power for everyone, if we'd be honest. More power makes more fun but not more sense.
    - the 200- 20 quadra was only sold in Switzerland and Austria. It was the 200-20 with the 4X4 system from the bigger 6 Cylinder variants and was really liked in swiss winters.
    - the 200-24 uses a 2.4l Boxer6
-the 200-28 a 2.8l B6 and was only avaiable with the quadra 4X4 system

The 300 uses the same engines, except for the 2.6l engine, that was avaiable with 2x4 and 4X4 (I lost the sedan of that...) and the before mentioned sacrilegio with 3l displacement.
