Fixes -
- All broken textures
- Race missions (mainly the starting location)
- Tarmac rally prefab
- Oversized parking lines
New features -
- Redone oval track surface with randomized bumps for a 3D scanned feel
- Grippier asphalt added to the top of the banking
- Redone start area for the Rallycross track
- Vehicle config info files added to those that needed it
- AI configs have been converted to auxiliary content
