Probably the most difficult scenario in the game, nevertheless, probably the most fun.

I cannot find this vehicle! Its like finding a very very very very small spider in a the entire US...

Why not just give a hint to where he is, I spend a good hour searching. Then my tire always popped. Just not set up well, try again

The concept is good it's just that locating your objective without any information of a general area of location and only having five minutes to do so seems far fetched Now the crappy part is that when you do manage to find your target it takes two minutes to get to the road your target is on and given how your patrol car i am guessing is stock which would explain why it feels like a turtle trying to accelerate from a dead stop to top speed which top speed leaves you lucky enough to reach 70mph in two minutes which if you are lucky enough to catch up to the van that seems to supercharged to the teeth which given how poor the exceleration your sporty police car has feels like the turtle trying to outrun the rabbit giving you 120 seconds if you're lucky to 60 seconds to damage the van which in the police car is like trying to take down a tank Also to make matters worse with the 0.5 update if you manage to get a decent hit in say 43% damage you may have just popped a tire making it impossible to catch up to the van again if its still mobile therefore making this impossible.
