Alpha Liberty City Police Department skins 1.2

This mod is a recreation of the LCPD vehicles used in Grand Theft Auto IV


Note:The mod only includes a skin for the Grand Marshal,however I plan to add more vehicle skins in the future.
The vehicles that will be added:
-Roamer (almost done)
-Sunburst
-Bastion

And yes,this is my first mod that I am uploading to the repository,take this message as you will.
