Small update, featuring some tweaks, missing features and a new skin by Shados.

- Added Shados Customs livery, made by @Shadows
- Added paintable frame design
- Added shift lights
- Tweaked engine fuel efficiency, should chug less gas now
- Added Heavy Duty clutch, should burn out less
- Increased gear whine
- Made interior switch labels more visible
- Cleaned up some code
- Updated thumbnails
