Experimental JATO and Ram Plow for Everything 4.0

This update adds 2 things. One is the Wendover support, but that's probably not as interesting as the second thing: JATO SNOWMAN!

A quick guide how to use it:

1. Press F to get out of the car (DO NOT DELETE THE CAR AFTERWARDS!)
2. Open the vehicle configuration menu while being outside of the car.
3. In the parts menu, for the Visual Meshes choose "Snowman with JATO":
   
4. Due to a bug in the current version of the game (might get fixed), adding key bindings...

Fixed a small bug with materials that would change the JATO texture of the bus slightly (remove dirt from it) if you had this mod, probably nobody noticed it, but from the game side it was a critical issue that needed to be fixed immidiately (duplcate material names).

YOU WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO CLEAR CACHE AFTER YOU DOWNLOAD THIS UPDATE OR ELSE THE ROOF ROCKET MIGHT NOT WORK PROPERLY!!! DON'T REPORT ANY ISSUES IF YOU HAVEN'T CLEARED CACHE!

The bus was pretty much the only vehicle not supported by this mod, so I added customizable versions of its JATO rockets to it. They are selectable in the bus's own JATO slot. You can tune the boost to extreme speed, increase fuel and increase the attachment strength too so they don't instantly fly off.

This update makes the following changes:

• Dual side rockets now attach to the car body instead of the doors by default. The old door attachment option is still available and it is recommended to be used for mod cars as it is more likely to work for them. Also it's better to use this one for the Piccolina because the doors have more attachment points for it so it's more stable.
  
• Car strength setting has been moved to its own slot and can be disabled to prevent instantly breaking a...

Added 2 simple little switches in the Tuning tab to toggle off the smoke:



It should increase visibility on BeamMP rocket car races now lol

All official cars now have an auto-offset setup:





This means that JATO and ram plow will e automatically placed in proper places on them, you no longer have to use the Tuning tab. Note that this doesn't work on mod cars, you still have to adjust it yourself on them. Also most roof accesories from the mod are not supported, you still have to position them manually.

Additionally, the messy attachment selection has been really simplified:...

• Added "infinite fuel" options for JATO rockets, both the side and the roof ones. This was requested by some people. Selectable in the rocket sub-slots where the attachment nodes are. Technically it's not infinite but 99999999999999999999999999999L should be enough lol.
  
• Added more light bars: amber, red and blue. Available in the roof accesory slot. Note that they spawn higher than the police one as they are meant to be used on larger vehicles.

• Fixed a game-breaking issue with the game crashing occasionally when spawning a custom config that has JATO rockets from this mod.
• Also fixed another giant issue with the game crashing when opening console with this mod enabled.
• Yeah it was all in fact caused by this mod. More precisely... by the LUA file names containing capital letters.
• After I renamed the files, the rocket smoke, sounds and fuel setting also got fixed instantly. So enjoy these features now.

This is a pretty big update that changes and adds a lot of stuff:

• Roof-mounted rockets are now separately selectable in a new slot. You can even put 3 at the same time now:
  
• Side rockets are now default instead of the roof one because people use these more often
