Experimental JATO and Ram Plow for Everything 2.7

This update makes the following changes:

• Dual side rockets now attach to the car body instead of the doors by default. The old door attachment option is still available and it is recommended to be used for mod cars as it is more likely to work for them. Also it's better to use this one for the Piccolina because the doors have more attachment points for it so it's more stable.
  
• Car strength setting has been moved to its own slot and can be disabled to prevent instantly breaking a few mod vehicles.
• Fixed bug with manual roof accesory offset slider having wrong range that was inverted for some reason, instead of 3 -> -1 it is now -1 -> 1.
• Removed the ball because it was very buggy and nobody was using it and also for whatever reason the last game hotfix made it so my ball materials break the in-game ball. This is no longer an issue.
