Innocent Customs Twin Mill Hopper 1.3

Hello!
As you might have noticed, the Twin Mill Hopper hasn't aged that well through the updates, so I went ahead and gave it a little fix and some improvements.

Full Changelog:

• Fixed HTML errors
• Added PBR textures for laptop, diffusor, displays, NOS injection and boost gauge
• Fixed engines being pretty loose in the engine bay
• Gear display now uses an HTML texture
• Slight changes to the configs
• Attempted to make the drag configs more drivable
• Updated config images
• Updated performance stats
• Improved models of some components
• Fixed bug where a mesh would stretch when the kit front bumper is detached
• Changed Twin V8 sound to the new V8_cross_02 sound
• Lowered volume of turbochargers
• Adjusted volume of Twin i6
