I love that after I "fix" a car and its still not prefect (finders are off, bumper hangs down, has a slight pull)

The idea is cool itself, but there is a bug, that when I fix something (no matter what), the steering rack stops working

Im having issues, for some reason it only lets me repair once, after I do it once, the app no longer works

It sounds like the lua extension is crashing, there might be some errors in the console to help pinpoint the problem. Some other people had a similar issue that was being caused by an older version of the mod, if you ever installed it manually make sure to remove the old versions.

Doesn't work the best for fixing individual parts, as for suspension, engine, or even body work, if I turn off the deep mode and try to fix something like doors, tires, or the oilpan, the doors pop off, both tires break off the hubs, and the oilpan just immediately breaks again
Other than that, if you leave deep mode on and fix entire subsections of parts it works fine.-

The main issue you’re seeing is that when parts are repaired they’re restored to their original positions relative to the vehicle’s reference nodes (usually the frame corners). With deep mode off, repairing a damaged part that has sub parts often breaks because the parent part moves too far relative to its sub parts (unless those sub parts haven’t moved much from their original positions). This problem is amplified with suspension, since its shape changes significantly from the default position. There’s no real solution to this as individual parts don’t have their own reference nodes, but I feel deep mode is a decent trade-off.

The mod is amazing! This is what i exactly wanted! I would like to suggest a few things though that would make the mod more amazing!
1. The ability to have multiple saves and the ability to rename them and edit them!
2. I do not know if it is only me but when i saved the state of a car, closed the game and re-opened it, when i clicked "Load" the state wasn't there. It could be a bug or a my side problem.
3. The compatibility with tire thermals mod. The ability to save the state of tires using this mod!
That is what i can think of for now. This mod is amazing and i cannot wait for more of features to come later on! Cheers!-

The way saves are stored is based on the vehicle config name, this allows for multiple saves per vehicle, but if you change the config name (or make a config from a existing one) then it will not use the old save. I haven't come up with an elegant solution to it yet so for now its best to create a config for each damage save you want before saving any damage. As for tire thermals I have something special in the works.

Worked a lot better than expected, I've been having fun just wreaking vehicles and repairing them bit by bit back to almost new condition, though I did run into a couple of bugs with some vehicles, but otherwise a really great mod.

Amazing mod just needs career support. The only issue is when bumper bars get damaged or minor frame damage, the car breaks and causes parts to realign. Love this mod for rp. wish more official beamng cars supported replacing bumper bars. still a lovely mod

that is the best app i could think of! it fixes the (from ages) not working save and load feature of the vanilla game, highly intuitive with a working undo button in case of mistakes, not gamebreaking or even a little buggy when it comes to fixing separate parts (it will not make miracles if your car is in cube shape, don't play fool) thx for this work it's amazing! i think a minimize button would be a great addition at some point in the development

I wasn't expecting much but my goodness this mod is awesome. BeamNG has been needing something like this for just near a decade.
