Added a new kind of transmission, a "Controlled Output Ratio" drivetrain.

- This drivetrain works by varying the gear ratio of each side of the drivetrain making wheels on one side spin faster with a lower ratio and wheels on the other side spin slower with a higher ratio.
- Power is always being supplied to all wheels even when steering, leading to smooth and consistent steering and minimal power loss.
