Unsupported Ibishu Zwölfette (200BX V12) Finale

Patch notes:
- Added normal Ibishu wheels to all configs
- All stats in the vehicle selector are more-less accurate (depends on how much did changing the wheels to others with the same size do), but quick note: all acceleration tests were made with race tires to prevent the times from being extremely high due to wheelspin
- Added race V12 that can rev to 12k+, with different sound and higher performance, currently this isn't used by any config, but this will propably change if I add more.
- Fixed underbody (sort of...)
- Fixed the vehicle selector pictures, now they have shadows and the Hipra image no longer has tire marks.
- Other minor stuff
