Outdated Ibishu Covet Electric Conversion 2.0

An electric variant of the Ibishu Covet featuring all-wheel drive, instant torque and sweet sounds.

  1. SushiPro
THIS MOD IS OUTDATED AND NO LONGER SUPPORTED BY EITHER ME OR THE CURRENT GAME VERSION

    What this mod does:

    • Adds three electric motors using the torque curve of a Tesla Model S
    • Adds an electric motor sound
    • Adds electronic stability and traction control
    • Adds anti-lock brakes
    • Removes remnants of the gasoline engine
    • Adds two stiff/heavy battery packs
    Description:

This car want to be a Tesla. It accelerates to sixty in four seconds flat and has a top speed of 221mph thanks to its dual-speed gearbox. The battery pack is mounted to the bottom of the frame, adding stiffness and lowering the center of gravity. This car is also equipped with both all-wheel-drive and electronic stability/traction control. There are other small details such as the closed grill and the removal of the exhaust cutout.

This car will not overwrite the original Covet. It is a separate vehicle.

    Thanks to:
mumboking for helping me with the sound.
ThreeDTech21 for helping me with the materials.
    Darren9 for helping with variables.
DiamondBack for the electronic stability and traction control.
    jse_junior for the racing config

This thing is scary fast, but I fell like it needs a spoiler on the back for control at high speeds. Overall, amazing mod.

This is an absolutely great mod for driving underwater... No seriously, it may be a bug so here is some proof:

Anyway, love the torque curve and overall, I think it is great!

(All we need next is the model of a Tesla Model S, Model X or a Model 3 o-o)

Excellent mod. I really hope OP makes more. Especially for the ETK BMW car (can't remember the name) and also the D15.

great mod bro, the only thing that I think you should add is an option for a stiffer suspension with a higher ride height so that when you're traveling at around 200mph you can go over obstacles with bottoming out.

I did add stiffer suspension. I did it for the eco version. The battery was so heavy that the car sagged. You'll find it under struts.

Thanks! I'm working on a 200bx, but don't expect it soon. This car took about two weeks.

I could. If I did, the 200bx would be next.

This is a really good mod, but you should really modify the brakes.

I did. They have abs so that the wheels don't lock up. I can't make them more effective if that's what you want because they would cause the car to skid instead of stopping the car.
