I.R.O.K. AI Races 1.5

-Updated files to work with the new version of BeamNG
Had to remove career option. It was causing random AI vehicles to load instead of the preprogrammed ones

-Tweaked AI
Adjusted AI to better suit version 0.35 AI behavior

-Resized Thumbnails
Resized to 200X200px

Added back races 4,5, & 8.

Should fixed crashes and errors.

I had to remove races 4, 5, & 8 because AI will get lost. I can't fix this until BeamNG Dev's fix a problem with one of the tools I use. https://www.beamng.com/threads/show-ai-route-not-working.98027/

Updated AI traffic so they all don't spawn the same vehicle over and over during a race.

-Fix for Race #10
Version 0.31 of BeamNG slightly changed the traffic paths where race #10 took place. I Had to change the placement of some of the check points to fix.

-Increased the payouts to be more in line with the difficulty.
