Added a few missing parts like the turbo filters and trumpet, done some suspension tweaks, and switched to a PID controller for the steering meaning a much more stable and predictable system. More missing content to come soon like fixed simple traffic and more aftermarket parts but I thought people would want this huge difference in stability as soon as possible.

(Sorry whoever approves mod updates for submitting 2 days in a row but I fixed a major issue lol)
Fixed some bad tire settings and tweaked some damping values to make the bike more stable across the board and fixed further instabilities at certain speeds within the lua -
Handling tweaks and new sound!
Done a lot of tweaking to various parts to improve stability, remove wobbles, improve the steering trimming, improve how the rider tucks and leans, and added a better custom engine sound now made from recordings of my own bandit
