Hirochi Outlaw 1.10

Quite a lot of little things included in this update. A new frame to befit a new parallel twin engine for a new even more basic and cheap config (learner legal at 35kw/47bhp, L-plates and rider training scenarios may be coming soon),
another stability tweak involving softening the rider's connection to the bike,
tuning options that let you set a default max lean angle and steering input damping for each config,
a slot in the rider that lets you change over to manual rider leaning seperate from the steering via a new axis,
a digidash, (wip) crash bars to protect you from oil leaks if you fall over in career mode, better damage modelling, and more.
