  1. Correct DAE file, Realistic transmission logic

    Updated the transmission to the more realistic set up we have been using.
    This means that you have to turn the engine off before shifting from Neutral to First or Reverse. If you dont do this the transmission will break, this happens because its got a torque converter in front of a sequential transmission with no manual clutch like the real life variant.
