Half-Life 2 Jalopy 3.0

This update changes a few key elements of the strength and rigidity of the body thanks to the new Automation updates.

Update includes:

- New race dash with displayed speed and gears
- re-done positraction differential
- some fixed bugs
- and increased body rigidity and strength

We'll fix the worn-out lap belt..one day...

-Overhauled details and colors on the entire car.
-Now the engine is an actual replica of a '70 440 Magnum.
-Retuned all around to cope with the heavy lump in the front and handle more realistically.
-Added internal camera and working steering...
