Gravitational Racing 1.3.5.2

Some further tweaks to accomodate the new Celestial Creator UI and to cleanup a few things:

• Stars now emit light - looking into black holes absorbing/emitting darkness if that's possible
• Reduced the texture for neutron stars as it was 5x the necessary size
• Improved the public interfaces for some classes which increases both readability and code communication

I am super close to finishing up the Celestial Creator UI for freeroam use, just a few tweaks to go and it's good to go

One other thing that I noticed is that there is no discussions tab. I will merge my Car Games group into an umbrella group for all of mods at some point to tackle this. In the meantime, if you wish to report a problem/bug, PM me for now. Thanks
