Outdated Grand National LeGran (w/ Open Exhaust V6 Sound) 1.3

Yes, again, a year later... i've been busy... too much games to play and lots of work IRL... well, most of you can see i've been away for a while.

So, to the Changelog:
- Re-Tuned the realistic Grand National 4 Speed Automatic to it's realistic ratios;
- Reworked the engine's jbeam;
- Actually added the GN's 4 Speed Auto to the configuration, and some suspension tweaks for a more realistic feel;
- Updated both of the configuration's stats (0-100, 0-60,...

I know, a year later... i'm sorry guys, i was busy with life.

So, to the Changelog:
- Added a realistic 4 Speed Automatic gearbox;
- Reworked the engine's torque (from 310 up to 380);
- Added "Grand National" badges to the LeGran's front fenders and an "Intercooled" badge to the trunk (need resizing still)

-Re-tuned sounds;
-Re-tuned Engine, Turbocharger and Radiator (engine now averages same MPG as the real one, 17MPG @ 70kmh);
-Renamed all Parts to "Grand National" prefix;
-Re-done the config as well as some of it's details;
