Due to a slight oopsy on the EU firetruck upfit I have to release this as part 1 of the rework.

Small Hotfix for the H-Series SEK van rack materials that broke during the last game update.

This update should have finalised all medical service vehicles that I wanted to add over time, and a bit more ^^
