German Emergency Skins V2 1.01

This update should have finalised all medical service vehicles that I wanted to add over time, and a bit more ^^

Major parts:

• added a bunch of skins and configs,
• added Volvo V60 support (https://www.beamng.com/threads/volvo-v60-ii-v4-0.104583/),
• added MD-Series support

More detailed stuff:

• Station 1:
  • added 2 ambulances and 1 emergency physician to cover the industry island as well as ECUSA in case of emergencies,
  • added 1 OrgL + LNA as main lead vehicle on major incidents whilst the others remain mobile,
  ,
• Station 2:
  • renamed OrgL 1/10-1 to 2/10-1,
  ,
• Station 3:
  • added another ambulance for emergency transports between hospitals as well as to support the city region,
  • added a stroke unit/intensive care vehicle on Segra base as experimental vehicle,
  • renamed the DRF helicopter to Christoph 81,
  ,
• Station 4:
  • added another ambulance to cover the highway region,
  • added a new experimental operation lead quality management on Volvo V60 base,
  • renamed the ADAC helicopter to Christoph 82,
  ,
• Station 5:
  • finally finished and added ambulance and emergency physician skin,
  ,
• Station 6:
  • added OrgL 6/10-5 to cover Italy itself in case of larger emergencies,
  ,

• General stuff
  • added Volvo V60 support, including 1 skin and 1 unmarked config,
  • added MD-Series armoured vehicle skins, 1 federal police and 1 swat unit skin,
  ,

• Fixed:
  • Wentward skins,
  • Ford S-Max skins,
  • a couple of prop and other skin issues,
  • D-Series 5000 lightbar missing the turning signal glowmap
