Ahoy, Update 2.2 bring a host of improvements and a variety of new features
New Supported Vehicles:
- Barstow
- Bluebuck
- Burnside
- Etk800
- Etk K
- Etk I
-Hopper
-Stambecco*
-Moonhawk
- T- Series
*while the stambecco has no native vanilla auto transmission, my parts pack "X3P" adds an auto among much more, and I wanted further control of the trans in that so here we are. You can enjoy the parts pack at the link below!:

New Features:
-throttle Coef while shifting
-some of the auto transmissions in game will cut throttle on shifts, even in sport mode. This allows you to override that and keep the throttle open through the shifts on the automatic transmissions, which is particularly useful on the Bastion. Adjust in increments of 5%- New Gear Layout preset:
-"NDM" Debug Only- Ability to change auto-downshift behavior in Manual mode.
-Useful for basically only dyno testing the slushboxes
- changes default gear to "D" rather than "N"
- You know how you cant usually launch an auto transmission in any gear above first in this game? This lets you change that. Launch in 4th for all I care lol.Unrelated but Included
-Added "Glow Commander"
-Additionaly and unrelated to transmissions but I wanted an easy way to do this for myself so here we are.-Dynamic Boost Controller for T series:
-Allows you to overwrite the glowmap functionality of the gauge cluster illumination, tying it to the ignition state rather than the headlights. This means you can see the gauge cluster more clearly without needing to turn the headlights on.
-added to all but Bastion, ETK800, and ETK K, as I have made parts that do this already for a few different mods (and the bastion setup is vastly different from the others for some reason)
-I do thorough research on drive-train changes whenever something changes or a new vehicle is added. I do this to ensure I truly understand everything I need to know about the engine and its components before i make a part for it. Upon my research of the Belasco Diesel engine in the new T series, I noticed that all of the turbos are massively under-utilized. The T600 turbo for example only spooling to about 40ish psi while being theoretically capable of almost 100psi. I decided a boost controller was necessary and would be a valuable addition. However upon implementation, I discovered that even with the wastegate cap effectively unlimited, the turbo would only spool to about 55psi, due to lacking exhaust pressure/factor. I Therefor developed a string of jbeam that would dynamically and proportionally raise the exhaust factor value in relation to how much boost is added by the boost controller. I made an additional and similar string that inversely affected back pressure coef with an increase in wastegate pressure. The result was the ability to max out the stock long block (4000nm/2950lbft) while retaining a vanilla like feel to the turbo, something I played with for quite a while to get it feeling right. Peak output with the t600 turbo was right around 900hp and 2940lbft, which is a hefty gain that the t600 turbo is now more than capable of providing. It also provides the added bonus of allowing you to bridge the gap in power between all of the lower level turbos if you so desire.
-Another optional add on to this boost controller is "relative particulate control." If you know anything about diesel and AFRs, you'll know that a lack of air results in an engine running rich, which causes smoke. Thus, I made a string that would reduce the amount of coal rolled as you add boost pressure, leaning out the AFR. A pretty cool feature if I do say so myself, as I don't like rolling coal. If you listen to Gale Banks at all, you'll know why its not necessary. However I know some of you like rolling coal so I made this optional via a slot.
Thats all for now. I will continue to develop this mod as I see a need for a feature, and hope you enjoy it!
