Gavril Vertex NA2 3.65 Rework

The 0.34 brought a very exciting feature: smooth glowmap and light transitions! This feature was brought to this mod right away. Some bugs have also been fixed, though the Alder drag wheels on 2 of the drag configs no longer allow to spawn the car. I tried to fix this issue and ended up with this being a game issue.
