Gavril Vertex NA2 3.65 Rework

Hello!
A couple of small bugs have been found and fixed! It also addresses an issue which was accidentally introduced last update - That being the lua breaking a bit on simple traffic Vertexes, causing the interior muffling of all cars to be removed. All lua apart from the code that controls the DRLs/indicators is now disabled on them.

FIXES
-Fixed Simple Traffic Vertex disabling other vehicle's interior muffling
-Fixed the neon light tube materials being kinda broken when glowing
-Fixed Custom Sedan config not having a TCS button
-Fixed spelling mistake on Fidget Spinner's config description (thanks to @Clev )
-Fixed right side Bosozoku exhaust nodes not being mirrored on dual exhaust configurations
-Fixed the left side taillight flare being mapped to the right turn signal on dark tinted taillights

CHANGES
-Updated brakeglow to the newest version
-Replaced custom door state detection solution, instead using new electrics values for couplers
-Disabled all lua for Simple Traffic cars, decreasing amount of system resources used by them
-Wrote the fact that the Vertex Airways config has an airbrake in CAPS in hopes that someone might actually read it because I am fed up with people not knowing how to fly it
-Removed "tallwing" material and model to prevent the game making a cached placeholder material

The Neon bars now glow properly and have their colour correctly adjusted!
The Lua and HTML for them was a bit broken, now with the 0.28 HTML material changes, it was possible to make it look very nice!
